7-Grain Pizza Dough Balls with Sourdough
Frozen 250 g dough balls for a rustic, multigrain pizza base, ready to thaw and stretch. Made by Molino Spadoni with soft wheat flour milled in Italy and a blend of 7 grains, leavened with sourdough for a fragrant, airy and more digestible crust. Food-service box of 10 kg (40 portions), stored at -18 C.
The Product
Each 250 g ball yields one rustic pizza with an open, alveolate crumb and a rich cereal aroma. The 7-grain blend and natural sourdough fermentation give the dough character and lightness, while the frozen portioning lets professional kitchens serve a multigrain line with zero waste and no in-house kneading or proofing.
The Producer: Molino Spadoni
Molino Spadoni is a historic Romagna mill based in Coccolia di Ravenna, founded in 1922, renowned for its flours and bakery preparations. The soft wheat flour is milled in Italy to a consistent food-service standard.
How to Use: Thawing and Baking
Thaw at room temperature (22-25 C) in a covered tray for about 10 hours, or in the refrigerator (0-4 C) for 24 to 72 hours. Once relaxed, stretch by hand, top and bake in a hot pizza oven until golden and crisp.
Professional Uses
Ideal for pizzerias, restaurants, hotels, delis and gastronomies that want to offer a wholegrain pizza, focaccia or pinsa-style base without managing dough production. Consistent 250 g portions make portion control and menu costing simple.
