Caprese chocolate cake, ready to serve
The Caprese Chocolate Cake brings together two flavours that complete each other: dark chocolate and almond. It is a frozen pastry product weighing 1 kg, supplied whole but already pre-cut into 12 slices, ready to thaw and serve. A simple, recognisable cake that reaches the table with no work in the kitchen and fits well on any dessert menu.
The dessert
The cake has a dark, compact look, with a top dusted with icing sugar. The 12 slices are already cut from the centre to the edge, so every portion comes out even and neat. Extra dark chocolate and almonds give a full flavour, while a hint of orange paste accompanies the cocoa. The cake sits on a gold tray, is wrapped in a collar band and packed in a cardboard box.
Ingredients and allergens
The first ingredient is eggs, followed by sweet almonds, wheat flour type 00, icing sugar and extra dark chocolate (min. 60% cocoa), which makes up 14.8%. The recipe is completed by butter, brewer's yeast and orange paste. Allergens: cereals containing gluten and products thereof, nuts and products thereof, milk and milk products, soy and soy products, eggs and egg products. May contain traces of nuts. How to serve
Take the cake out of the freezer, leave it at room temperature and consume it within 5 days. Thanks to the pre-cut slices, you simply lift out one slice at a time and plate it, even at the busiest moments of service. It is good on its own, but also works with simple accompaniments such as a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a little whipped cream. The product is subject to natural weight loss and is sold per pack, not by weight.
