Material and construction
The trolley is built from AISI 441 stainless steel sheet with a 12/10 thickness, equal to 1.2 mm. AISI 441 is a ferritic stainless steel with good resistance to corrosion and high-temperature oxidation, easy to sanitise and well suited to humid and refrigerated environments. The stackable design holds 40x60 cm crates in a vertical column, while 4 swivel wheels of 80 mm give full manoeuvrability in tight kitchens.
