Ziti Tagliati La Molisana, format No. 36, carton of 24 packs of 500g (12 kg total). Pasta made from 100% Italian durum wheat semolina, stone-milled grain and bronze die, slowly dried in mountain air at 730 meters with spring water from the Matese National Park. Cooking time 11 minutes.
Produced by La Molisana, a pasta maker founded in 1912 by the Carlone family in Campobasso (Molise), part of Gruppo Ferro since 2011, today among the leading Italian pasta producers with exports to around 50 countries.
The bronze die gives the surface a roughness that perfectly holds sauces and condiments, while slow drying at altitude preserves the aroma and nutritional value of the semolina. Ideal for main courses with ragu, fish sauces or baked dishes.
