Ristoris broccoli cream is a savoury vegetable preparation made with 57% broccoli, gently seasoned with anchovy, garlic and chilli, in a practical 800 g tin (case of 6). Smooth and full-flavoured, it is ready to use as a pasta sauce, a crostini and bruschetta spread, a pizza topping or a quick side. Contains fish.

Characteristics

A velvety green cream with the clean taste of broccoli, lifted by anchovy, garlic and a hint of chilli. Preserved in sunflower seed oil; ready to use straight from the tin.

Professional Uses

Toss through pasta and orecchiette (about 80 g per portion); spread on crostini and bruschette; use as a pizza topping or a base for savoury tarts; or warm as a side for meat and fish.

Storage and Allergens

Keep the unopened tin in a cool, dry place. After opening, refrigerate and use within a few days. Contains FISH (anchovy); may contain traces of other allergens.
