What this product is

Panpizza (puccia style), a frozen bakery product and pizza-bread base made with type "0" soft wheat flour, sunflower oil and malted wheat flour, sold in a catering carton of 30 pieces of 120 g each (3.6 kg net).

Supplier

Produced and packaged in Italy by STER S.p.A. (registered office at Via del Commercio 30, Bellinzago Novarese, NO; production plant at Via I Fondi 5, Verica di Pavullo, MO), a company specialized in frozen bakery products for the foodservice sector.
