Baba 19 Amarena Cream
Baba 19 Amarena Cream is a frozen pastry product in single portions: babà dough soaked in Jamaican rum and filled with amarena cream. Each carton contains 6 babà of about 130 g, for a net weight of approx. 800 g. The weight may vary slightly: it is an artisan product. The soft rum babà is paired with a creamy filling carrying the fruity note of amarena.
The dessert
Each babà has the typical mushroom shape with a golden, glossy surface and sits in its own clear tray. A dark red zigzag decoration runs across the top, a chocolate disc with the Baba 19 logo sits on the crown and every piece comes with a small clear pipette. The filling combines vanilla custard (11.8%) with an amarena insert (4.1%) made with cherries, on a dough of eggs, wheat flour and butter soaked in rum liqueur.

The main ingredients are water, sugar, eggs, type 00 wheat flour, vanilla custard, butter and amarena insert, together with chocolate, cold glaze, rum liqueur, yeast and salt. Allergens: sulphur dioxide and sulphites, cereals containing gluten, milk and milk products, soy and soy products, eggs and egg products. The product contains rum liqueur. How to serve
Take only the portions you need out of the freezer and leave them at room temperature for about 1 hour, as stated on the label. Once thawed, the babà is ready: serve it in its own tray or plated on a dessert saucer, just as it is, with its decoration. Thawing only the pieces you need means no leftovers. The product is subject to natural weight loss.
