Tiramisu in a glass jar
Boccaccio Tiramisu is a single portion of tiramisu of approx. 120 g, served in a glass jar, frozen and ready for service. Each carton holds 10 jars for a net weight of approx. 1.2 kg, each one in its own cardboard sleeve with a window. The weight may vary slightly: it is an artisan product. It is a practical way to offer a classic dessert with a careful presentation, directly in the jar, with no portioning and no extra plates to wash.
The dessert
Through the clear jar you can see the layers: coffee-soaked ladyfinger and mascarpone parfait, with the dark streaks of coffee and cocoa. The jar is closed with a lid and packed in a white sleeve with a window that shows the dessert. The taste is that of classic tiramisu: creamy and rich, with coffee in the foreground and the sweetness of mascarpone.
Ingredients and allergens
The ingredients are sugar, mascarpone, milk cream, hen egg yolks and egg whites, water, low-fat cocoa powder, type 00 wheat flour, roasted coffee, potato starch, freeze-dried instant coffee and salt. Allergens declared on the label: cereals containing gluten, milk and milk products, eggs and egg products. The product contains coffee. How to serve
According to the label, the product is to be eaten at a temperature of -13 °C: it is therefore served cold, with the typical texture of a parfait. Bring it to the table directly in the jar with a teaspoon, or present it on a small dessert plate. The closed jar in its sleeve is also well suited to takeaway sales.

Storage
Store at -18 °C and eat at a temperature of -13 °C. The product is subject to weight loss and is sold by the carton, not by weight.
