Lemon Delizia in single portions
Delizia Lemon Single Portion is a dessert ready to serve: a sponge cake dome soaked in lemon syrup and covered with a lemon semifreddo. It is frozen, in single portions of approx. 125 g, and each carton holds 6 pieces for a net weight of approx. 750 g. The weight may vary slightly: it is an artisan product. After about 20 minutes at room temperature it is ready for the plate, with no preparation in the kitchen.
The dessert
Each Delizia is a smooth dome, fully covered by the pale yellow lemon semifreddo and topped with a white swirl. Under the semifreddo lies the sponge cake, soaked in lemon syrup, which forms the soft and fragrant heart of the dessert. Each single portion rests on a gold base with a scalloped edge and is protected by a clear lid, so it arrives intact and also looks good in a display case.
Composition and allergens
The Delizia is made of sponge cake, lemon syrup and lemon semifreddo. Allergens declared on the label: cereals containing gluten, nuts, milk and milk products, eggs and egg products. How to serve
Take the portions you need out of the freezer and leave them at room temperature for about 20 minutes before serving. Once thawed and kept at +4 °C, they stay unchanged for 2 days, so service can be organised in advance. Serve them directly on their gold base or move them onto a dessert plate: the dome is already decorated and needs nothing else.

Storage
Store at -18 °C. After thawing, the product kept at +4 °C stays unchanged for 2 days. It is subject to natural weight loss and is sold by the carton, not by weight.
