What Is Inside the Kit
Each kit contains carefully selected Italian ingredients: aged guanciale seasoned with black pepper, Gragnano IGP spaghetti from Naples and aged Pecorino Romano PDO. You only add fresh eggs, everything else is ready and measured for a perfect, creamy result.
Ready in 15 Minutes
Boil the spaghetti in salted water. Crisp the guanciale in a pan without oil. Whisk the eggs with grated pecorino and black pepper. Drain the pasta, toss it with the guanciale, then mix in the egg and pecorino cream off the heat. Serve immediately with extra pecorino and pepper.
