Threeciocc, the three-chocolate single portion
Threeciocc is a three-chocolate single portion, a frozen pastry product for businesses that want to serve a well-finished chocolate dessert without making it in-house. Each piece weighs approx. 90 g and the carton holds 12 single portions, for a net weight of approx. 1.1 kg. Simply thaw and serve: every portion is complete and neatly presented.
The dessert
Each single portion is a small layered cylinder with the layers clearly visible from the side: on a chocolate biscuit, dark chocolate mousse, white chocolate mousse and milk chocolate mousse alternate. A glossy dark glaze finishes the top. It comes on a gold cake board with a scalloped edge, protected by a clear dome and placed in its own compartment inside the carton.
Ingredients and allergens
The main ingredients include dairy cream, partially skimmed UHT milk, extra dark chocolate (cocoa at least 60%), milk chocolate (cocoa at least 30%), white chocolate, sugar, sponge cake, eggs, food gelatine and chocolate liqueur, which contains alcohol. The label lists the following allergens: cereals containing gluten, milk, soy and eggs; the sponge cake may contain traces of nuts, soy and eggs. The full list is in the specifications table.
How to serve
Take the single portion out of the freezer and leave it at room temperature for about 20 minutes before serving. Kept at +4 °C, it stays unaltered for 2 days, so you can thaw the quantity needed for service in advance. Serve it directly on its gold cake board or on a dessert plate. The product is subject to natural weight loss.

Storage
Store the product at -18 °C. Once thawed and kept at +4 °C, it stays unaltered for 2 days. The 12-piece carton with separate compartments protects the single portions during storage in the freezer.
