Baba 19 Limoncello, lemon liqueur and lemon cream
Baba 19 Limoncello is a single-portion baba, frozen and already decorated, with a lemon liqueur soak and a lemon cream filling. It thaws in about 20 minutes at room temperature, so it is ready quickly even during service. Each carton holds 6 pieces of about 130 g, approx. 800 g net; the product is sold by the pack, not by weight. The weight may vary slightly: it is an artisan product.
The dessert
The baba has the classic mushroom shape, golden on the outside, glossy and well soaked. The lemon cream peeks out from the top, beneath a yellow chocolate disc bearing the 19 logo; a small pipette is inserted into the cake. Each piece rests in its own clear tray and stays intact until service, ready to be plated as it is.
Ingredients and allergens
The main ingredients include water, sugar, eggs, type 00 wheat flour, lemon cream with lemon infusion, butter and lemon liqueur made with an infusion of lemon peel. The soak contains alcohol. How to serve
The dessert is frozen: before serving, simply leave it at room temperature for about 20 minutes. The short time lets you take out of the freezer only the pieces you need, even shortly before bringing them to the table. It is served as it is, straight onto the dessert plate. The product is subject to natural weight loss.
