What frozen pineapple pieces are
Ripe pineapple is peeled, cut into pieces, optically selected to remove defects, and individually quick-frozen (IQF) shortly after harvest to preserve its natural sweetness, vitamin C and fibre content without added sugar or preservatives.

No added sugar, rich in fibre, a source of minerals and vitamin C, with antioxidant properties. Average nutritional values per 100 g: 59.6 kcal/249.13 kJ, protein 0.70%, carbohydrate 14.80% (of which sugars 10.51%), sodium 0.01%.
