Coop., established in 1929 as a pasteurised milk collection centre for the city of Mantua, is today Italy’s foremost cooperative for the production of Grana Padano PDO and the wholesale distribution of Italian origin-protected cheeses.

The LSM Group operates across four modern dairy facilities in the Mantua province, processing approximately 7,000 quintals of fresh milk daily and producing an average of 1,380 Grana Padano PDO wheels per day. The Product Range

Grana Padano PDO

The cooperative’s flagship product. Available as whole wheels, vacuum-packed portions, freshly grated, shaved and diced — with ageing options starting from 10 months. Every format designed to meet the demands of professional kitchens without compromising on quality.

Parmigiano Reggiano AOP

The king of Italian cheeses, sourced directly from the cooperative. Whole wheels aged 12 and 24 months, vacuum-packed portions with a minimum of 22 months ageing, and freshly grated. Complex, savoury, with that characteristic crystalline texture only achieved through extended maturation.

Gran Mantovano

A local Lombard cheese — versatile, authentic and deeply rooted in the Po Valley’s dairy tradition. An excellent alternative with a character all its own.

Butter and Mascarpone

Premium dairy derivatives that round out the cooperative’s range, produced with the same exacting standards applied to their aged cheeses.
