What it is
The Kray box is a black presentation box with a lid and a window for pastries and delicate food creations. This is a clear professional reference for ordering and kitchen planning.
Format and reference
The documented commercial format is 135 x 135 x 25 mm, 25 boxes per pack and 4 packs per case. The product reference is the Kray reference and the FIRST suffix retained in the current product name. Keep these details together when receiving and counting stock.
Profile and function
The black finish creates a sober backdrop while the window shows the contents without opening the box. This gives the kitchen a practical basis for consistent preparation and service.
Professional uses and quantities
Use one box for a compatible pastry or food presentation; plan 25 pieces per pack and the four-pack case for recurring service. Adjust the final quantity to the recipe, the portion and the actual service plan.
Mistakes to avoid
Do not overfill the box, exceed the 135 x 135 x 25 mm format or scratch the window during handling. Check the product identity and format before preparation so the team works from the same reference.
Storage and handling
Keep empty boxes flat, dry and protected from dust and crushing; fill them on a clean surface. Keep the work area clean and return the product to its normal storage place after use.
