What it is
These are disposable mini spoons made from metallic polystyrene, 10 cm long and supplied in a pack of 100 pieces. The small format is designed for individual dessert, tasting and finger-food service.
Product and format
The product reference identifies a 10 cm spoon in metallic PS. One sales pack contains 100 pieces; no separate case quantity is stated.
Organoleptic profile
The spoon is a service item rather than a food product. Its rigid mini format supports clean presentation, while the metallic finish adds a decorative visual touch to desserts and aperitif preparations.
Professional uses and quantities
Plan one spoon per tasting or dessert portion and add extra pieces for replacement during service. The 100-piece pack suits dessert counters, buffets, finger food, catering and event mise en place.
Errors to avoid
Do not use the spoon for cooking, expose it to unsuitable heat or overload it with heavy preparations. Keep the pieces clean and discard used disposable items according to local waste procedures.
Storage and handling
Store the pack in a clean, dry place protected from dust, moisture and crushing. Open it close to service, handle the spoons with clean hands or tools and keep unused pieces covered.
LAPA logistics in Switzerland
