What it is

Tartufo Bianco di Pizzo with amaretto crumble — 16 pieces of 120 g per carton. The famous artisan Calabrian semifreddo, originally from Pizzo (VV), made by Gelateria Enrico S.r.l. A soft espresso coffee heart wrapped in fiordilatte-and-coffee gelato, coated with crunchy amaretto crumble.

Ingredients

Whole milk, sugar, milk cream, water, dextrose, low-fat cocoa, skimmed milk powder, coffee, milk proteins, thickeners (carob seed flour, guar seed flour). Amaretto crumble: sugar, apricot kernel, type 0 soft wheat flour, egg white, lactose and milk proteins, ammonium bicarbonate, flavourings.

Allergens

Gluten (wheat), egg, milk. May contain traces of soy, tree nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews, pistachios), peanuts.
