Ziti Tagliati Rigati Gragnano IGP, carton of 12 packs of 500g. Pasta made from 100% Italian durum wheat semolina, Protected Geographical Indication Gragnano, bronze die with ridged surface, slowly dried at low temperature. Cooking time al dente 10 minutes.

Produced by Pastificio Di Martino, founded in 1912 in Gragnano by Giuseppe Di Martino, today led by the third generation of the family. IFS Food and BRC Global Standard certifications.

The surface ridges, combined with the bronze die, hold the sauce even more effectively than the smooth version. Ideal for ragu, hearty meat sauces and baked pasta.
