I started by studying agronomy and built an outstanding winery called "Castelprile" in Maremma, owned by Federica Mascheroni, with a breathtaking view of the Volpaia castle. But now I want to talk about the present and how we're revolutionizing the food service industry.
It all started years ago with my friend Angelo, a food industry entrepreneur dealing in products like extra virgin olive oil, sunflower seeds, peanuts, and more. Together, we decided to tackle the number one problem for every client in the industry: the lack of time. Nobody has time to shop around or wait days for a supplier delivery. Instead of complaining, we decided to take action.
For two years, we studied the food service market and the daily lives of people in the industry. Our goal was clear: help professionals save their most precious resource — time itself.
