How to use it

Frozen product, to be cooked before consumption. Once thawed, do not refreeze and consume within 24 hours. Do not microwave.

Preparation: remove the lid from the tray, brush the top with oil, bake in a fan oven at 130-140°C for 50 minutes (last 5 minutes at 5°/10° to gratin).
