What is pasteurised liquid whole egg?
It is fresh whole egg, gently pasteurised to be free of salmonella and packed liquid in an aseptic Tetra Pak. No shells to crack or dispose of and no breakage waste — just pre-mixed egg with reliable, repeatable performance and exact dosing for volume production.
How to use it in the kitchen
Use for scrambled eggs, omelettes and frittate; in cakes, sponges and pastry; for batters, crêpes and pasta dough; in custards, quiches and savoury flans; and for egg wash. The liquid format speeds up high-volume service and standardises recipes.
