• Layers: ricotta cream (ricotta 20%, cream, sugar, gelatine, vanilla), chocolate and pear mousse (extra dark chocolate 10%, cream, milk, pasteurised egg yolks, sugar, gelatine, pear liqueur), pear compote (pears 12%, sugar, pectin, vanilla, pear liqueur), dark chocolate coating, candied pear decoration 1%
