What Cantalupo is

Cantalupo reinterprets the classic Saint Honoré in a single-portion format, replacing the traditional caramel and choux with an almond sponge base, Namelaka cream and a cantaloupe melon gelée and glaze, finished with a chocolate logo.

The producer: Dolciaria Marigliano

Dolciaria Marigliano was founded in 2006 in San Giuseppe Vesuviano (Naples) by brothers Giovanni and Alessandro Marigliano, specialising in single-portion frozen pastries and seasonal Italian desserts using typical Campanian ingredients.
