What Cantalupo is

Cantalupo reinterprets the classic Saint Honoré in a single-portion format, replacing the traditional caramel and choux with an almond sponge base, Namelaka cream and a cantaloupe melon gelée and glaze, finished with a chocolate logo.

The producer: Dolciaria Marigliano

Dolciaria Marigliano was founded in 2006 in San Giuseppe Vesuviano (Naples) by brothers Giovanni and Alessandro Marigliano, specialising in single-portion frozen pastries and seasonal Italian desserts using typical Campanian ingredients.

Namelaka cream (mascarpone, cream, white chocolate), almond sponge (almonds, sugar, butter, fresh pasteurised eggs, wheat flour), cantaloupe melon gelée (15% melon, sugar, pectin, lemon juice), cantaloupe melon glaze (sugar, 3% melon, condensed milk, glucose, coconut oil, gelatine), chocolate logo. Allergens: milk, soy, almonds, eggs, wheat (gluten); may contain traces of other tree nuts, sulphites, peanuts, mustard.
