San Daniele Platter
Our board of San Daniele, Pecorino di Pienza, grilled artichokes, olives and Castiglione Tuscan red wine is a selection of high-quality Italian delicacies, perfect for sharing in the company of friends and family.
The main protagonist of the board is San Daniele, a typical raw ham from Friuli Venezia Giulia, with a delicate and sweet flavor. Next to San Daniele we find Pecorino di Pienza, a hard cheese produced in Tuscany, with an intense and aromatic taste.
The board is completed by grilled artichokes, with a smoky and decisive flavor, and olives, perfect for accompanying the strong flavors of cheeses and ham.
Seafood linguine
- linguine
- frutti di mare misti (cozze, vongole, gamberi, calamari, scampi)
- ripe tomatoes
- garlic cloves
- chili pepper
- chopped fresh parsley
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt and black pepper to taste
Method:
- Inizia pulendo accuratamente i frutti di mare sotto l'acqua corrente.
- In a large pan, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil with the finely chopped garlic and chili pepper. Add the seafood and cook over medium-high heat for a few minutes, until the mussels and clams open and the prawns are pink. Remove the seafood from the pan and set it aside.
- When the linguine is ready, drain it and add it to the pan with the tomato. Also add the previously cooked seafood, together with a little chopped parsley.
Enjoy!
