Produced by Pastificio Di Martino, founded in 1912 in Gragnano by Giuseppe Di Martino, today led by the third generation of the family. IFS Food and BRC Global Standard certifications.

The bronze die gives the surface a roughness and porosity that perfectly hold sauces and condiments. Ideal for baked pasta, Neapolitan ragu and robust sauces.
