As an Italian wholesaler, LAPA's mission has always been clear: "Zero Pensieri" (Zero Worries). We work every day to simplify the lives of restaurateurs. Our service proves it: order every day until 05:00 in the morning and the goods arrive the same day with our own refrigerated vans. Service ends at 1 am? Order after closing and it's in your kitchen today. We have no minimum order, not even for a single carton.
But we believe our role does not stop at supplying fresh, frozen, and dry products. We want to offer tools that help our customers work better, save time, and face everyday challenges.
The new AI program for restaurants
That is why we launched a program to help restaurants concretely use artificial intelligence in their daily work. We are not talking about theory, but practical tools. We are already actively working with 10 restaurants that are testing our solutions.
If you are our customer, you already know part of this technology. We use AI agents on WhatsApp that allow you to send orders, ask for prices, and check availability 24/7. You also have LAPA Wine, our digital wine list. But artificial intelligence can do much more for a restaurant.
What is coming soon
The goal of the program is to manage repetitive tasks, leaving you time to focus on hospitality and cooking. We are currently developing new tools.
Coming soon: automated reservations management with AI, to never miss a customer; restaurant website management with AI, to keep it always updated with the daily menu; and social media management with artificial intelligence, to communicate regularly with your audience without spending hours every week.

Do LAPA's AI agents replace human contact?
No. A reference person for the entire chain is at your service 24/7. The AI agent handles routine orders, but your dedicated salesperson and the LAPA team are always available for special requests, contracts, and direct assistance.
How much does it cost to participate in the program?
The program is designed for LAPA customers as part of our collaborative approach. We discuss your needs together and find the right setup for your restaurant.
When will the new features be available?
We are testing the reservation, website, and social functions with the first 10 restaurants. The new solutions are coming soon and will be presented as soon as they are ready for wide use.
