Ready in 15 Minutes

  1. Boil the spaghetti in salted water.
  2. Crisp the guanciale in a pan, without oil.
  3. Whisk the eggs with pecorino and pepper.
  4. Toss the pasta with the guanciale, mix in the cream off the heat.
  5. Serve immediately, with extra pecorino and pepper.
