Ready in 15 Minutes
- Boil the spaghetti in salted water.
- Crisp the guanciale in a pan, without oil.
- Whisk the eggs with pecorino and pepper.
- Toss the pasta with the guanciale, mix in the cream off the heat.
- Serve immediately, with extra pecorino and pepper.
